Cancellation Policy

Sky House Cleaning – Subscription Booking Policy The following booking policies apply to all recurring cleaning memberships, including Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly services. 1. Skip Policy Members may skip up to two scheduled cleanings per rolling 12-month period, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Additional skips may be approved at Sky House Cleaning's discretion. Skipped appointments do not count toward fulfilling a membership's minimum commitment. 2. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. 3. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled 24–48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 4. No-Shows If our cleaning professionals arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to complete the service because access to the property is unavailable or the appointment is otherwise missed without notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No-shows do not count toward fulfilling a membership's minimum commitment. 5. Booking & Availability Appointments are subject to staff availability. Requests to change recurring service days or appointment times will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed. 6. Service Condition Recurring membership pricing is based on the home receiving ongoing professional maintenance. If a home has not been professionally maintained between visits, has experienced excessive buildup, or is determined to require substantially more work than a standard recurring maintenance cleaning, Sky House Cleaning reserves the right to recommend a Deep Cleaning or adjust the service price before the appointment begins.
