Service Description

Sky House Weekly Cleaning Our Weekly Cleaning service is designed to maintain a consistently fresh and well-cared-for home. With regular upkeep, buildup is minimized and your space stays clean, comfortable, and orderly week after week. This service includes everything in our Standard Cleaning, performed on a consistent weekly schedule to maintain your home at a high standard. Kitchen We maintain your kitchen by: • Wiping down and spot-cleaning cabinet faces • Cleaning the stovetop, burners, and drip pans • Freshening the inside of the microwave • Cleaning the exterior of appliances • Polishing the sink and wiping counters and backsplash Bathrooms Your bathrooms stay refreshed with: • Thorough scrubbing of sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers • Polished faucets and sparkling mirrors • Wiped counters and cabinet fronts Living Areas and Bedrooms We keep shared spaces tidy and dust-free by: • Tidying pillows, blankets, and common areas • Making beds (if fresh linens are left out) • Dusting shelves and blinds • Wiping window sills All Interior Areas of the Home Throughout your home, we maintain: • Vacuuming carpets and sweeping/mopping hard floors • Dusting interior shelves and closets • Wiping down handrails Because your home is serviced weekly, buildup never becomes overwhelming — allowing us to maintain a consistently higher level of cleanliness. Optional upgrades such as interior windows, oven cleaning, and cabinet interiors can be added at booking.


Cancellation Policy

Sky House Cleaning – Standard Cleaning Policy We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service. Please review the following policies before booking. Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • A valid card must remain on file for recurring services. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Access to Property • Clients must ensure access to the home at the scheduled time. • If we are unable to access the property, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Condition of Home • Standard Cleaning is intended for regularly maintained homes. • Excessive buildup, heavy debris, or biohazards may require an upgrade to a Deep Cleaning service and additional charges may apply. • We will notify you before proceeding with any additional charges. Add-Ons • Add-ons must be selected at time of booking. • Additional services requested onsite are subject to availability. Satisfaction If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern.
