Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Sky House Cleaning Services 1. Service Agreement By booking with Sky House Cleaning, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern all services provided. 2. Service Scope Sky House Cleaning provides professional cleaning services as outlined during booking. Services are tailored to the package selected, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or other custom services. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. 3. Scheduling and Frequency Customers will receive services at the frequency selected upon booking (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and on the chosen calendar date. Changes to the scheduled date or service frequency must be made by contacting Sky House Cleaning directly and are subject to availability. Adjustments to service frequency may result in a price change based on current rates at the time of the request. 4. Payment Terms Payment is required at the time of booking. 5. Cancellation Policy Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full service charge. 6. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for preparing their home for cleaning by removing personal items, securing pets, and providing access to the property. Sky House Cleaning is not liable for cleaning areas inaccessible due to customer-preparedness issues. 7. Damage and Liability While our staff takes great care, Sky House Cleaning is not responsible for damage to pre-existing fragile, improperly installed, or worn items. Any accidental damages caused during cleaning must be reported within 24 hours for consideration. 8. Refunds and Re-Cleans Refunds are not issued for completed services. If there are concerns, customers must notify Sky House Cleaning within 24 hours of service. Re-cleans may be offered at our discretion. 9. Privacy Sky House Cleaning respects customer privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10. Force Majeure Sky House Cleaning is not responsible for service delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies.
