Text Message Terms

These terms cover the text messages (SMS) Sky House Cleaning sends from our business number. By opting in, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

What we send

• A reminder the evening before each scheduled visit, with the date, time window, and address.
• A notice if a visit you booked is moved or cancelled.
• Replies to questions you text us about your visit.
• If you call our business number and we can't answer, a single text acknowledging your call, with a link to book or a note that we'll call you back.

We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

By ticking the text-reminder box under the phone number on our booking form, or by asking us for text reminders by phone or email. The box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not required to book or to buy any service. When you opt in, we send one confirmation text.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your cleaning schedule: typically one text per visit, plus the occasional change notice or reply. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call (801) 203-0540 or email info@skyhousecleaning.com. Opting out of texts doesn't affect your bookings or the emails about them.

Your number

We do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Messages are delivered through Twilio, our messaging provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program changes. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
